As Assistant Dean of Social Innovation, Rebecca leads the MIT IDEAS staff to serve as a resource to student teams. Previously at Babson College’s Lewis Institute for Business and Social Innovation and at MIT Sloan Executive Education, she is well versed in managing complex multi-stakeholder initiatives. Rebecca has also had various corporate and sales experiences. She also has over ten years of social innovation experience through her for-purpose organization, CHES Inc., founded in 2008, that mentors and funds entrepreneurs, particularly women, in rural Haiti. Rebecca earned her MBA at Babson College with an Entrepreneurship concentration and was an inaugural member of the Business and Social Innovation Intensity Track graduates. She also holds a degree in Management from Bentley University.
