Adelaide Randall
Adelaide is a new Master’s candidate in Human Development and Education at Harvard University, where she focuses on building collective efficacy in students, empowering them to meet today’s complex challenges and become creative problem-solvers. Her past research explored how meaning, belief, and motivation shape our relationship to the environment and the work we do. She has also worked on strengthening partnerships between universities and their surrounding communities to create more equitable, collaborative systems.
Adelaide holds a BA from Arizona State University in Psychology, International Studies, and Nonprofit Management, with a concentration in Religion and Conflict. As a Fulbright grantee in Bulgaria, she focused on youth education and community development. She’s thrilled to connect with the vibrant, imaginative students of MIT this year at the PKG Center, and support them in shaping their own bold visions for the future.
