This talk will focus on some of the timelines and expectations for entrepreneurs thinking about when to turn their idea into a viable company. This will be the final Startup Law Clinic presentation of the semester.
Topics will include:
- – When it is appropriate to form an entity?
- – When is it appropriate to obtain IP protections?
- – When is it appropriate to seek out venture capital and other funding?
The program is a collaboration between BU Law and MIT that brings together law students with BU and MIT student entrepreneurs looking to launch new businesses and advance technological innovations while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements. Learn more about the Startup Law Clinic here!
