Melissa Myers

Melissa Myers serves as the PKG Center’s Development Officer, partnering with alumni, volunteers, students, staff, faculty, and friends to secure critical resources and financial support for the Center’s programming and initiatives.

Prior to joining the PKG Center, Melissa was the Associate Director of the Amherst Fund at Amherst College, with a focus on raising annual unrestricted support during Amherst’s Promise campaign. In previous roles, Melissa facilitated language and cultural immersion programs at EF Education First.

Outside of MIT, Melissa serves on the UMass GOLD Council and volunteers with several organizations providing support for incarcerated people in Massachusetts. 

Melissa holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Thought and Political Economy, along with certificates in Journalism and the International Scholars Program, from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
