Position Title: Data & Evaluation Assistant

Position Description: Assist the PKG Center’s data needs over summer 2025 with database design, data reports, and analysis. This opportunity has flexible hours and the work can be remote. Depending on start time, this project can be ~15 hours per week over the summer or up to 40 hours a week for a shorter period. Possibility to continue during the academic year at lesser hours, contingent upon need.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  1. Set up systems and reporting in Airtable to streamline data collection and visualization.
  2. Create and manage a synced database in Airtable to track and analyze outreach efforts, ensuring data insights inform engagement strategies.
  3. Aggregate, sanitize, and analyze student engagement and demographic data across the different PKG programs.
  4. Migrate previous data to the new system.
  5. Serve as a general resource for data analysis and visualization.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Understanding of Airtable forms and interfaces
  2. Understanding of relational database design

Additional qualifications and skills:

1. Experience with statistical analysis and data visualization

Rate of Pay: $15.00
