Danielle McColgan

Danielle McColgan began her career in university admissions at New York University. While at NYU, she became fascinated by the diverse stories that applicants shared through their essays, interviews, and other application materials. She developed a strong desire to pursue a career helping learners catalyze their own personal narratives to build successful ventures and new pathways to opportunity. She has explored this interest in various contexts including as a program manager at a founder support organization supporting Black and Latinx women founders building tech-enabled ventures, a Fulbright Fellow at Quảng Nam University in Vietnam, and an Education Pioneers Fellow conducting research for a national pilot program focused on improving pathways to middle-skills careers in healthcare, advanced manufacturing, and information technology. Danielle is a proud graduate of Smith College with a B.A. in History, focused on Modern Latin America and Public Health History.
