Jennifer Dam

Jennifer (she/her) graduated from the University of Southern California with a BA in Sociology and minor in American Studies and Ethnicity. She is pursuing her Masters in Education in Learning Design, Innovation, and Technology with a concentration in Justice, Power, and Identity at Harvard University.

During her undergraduate years, Jennifer made a significant impact as a peer mentor, where she successfully supported and retained nearly 100 first-generation students in Los Angeles and Denver. Her approach to mentorship includes strength-based guidance, critical pedagogy, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. Being a first-generation student herself, Jennifer deeply understands the value of allowing students to be co-facilitators of their own learning. At PKG, she is most excited to continue working with students to support their academic and personal development.

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys film photography, being a foodie, and traveling.
